Position :- Bone Marrow Transplant Coordinator

$75/Hour , 26 Week Contract , 40 Hours /Week

Shift Info : 8x5 Hours Shift , no weekends no holidays.

• 3 Years of Bone Marrow Transplant Coordinator experience required.
• Experience with bone marrow transplant and hematology-oncology populations required
• BLS Certification required
• PALS Certification required
• APHON Biotherapy and Chemotherapy certification within 6 months of hire
• Arizona RN license, or a license from a compact state with Multistate privileges required

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the Bone Marrow transplant (BMT) program and the Survivor Management Program involving patients, outside entities and the interdisciplinary BMT team.

This position collaborates with the interdisciplinary team, patients, and various outside entities in order to obtain information, documentation, and data required prior to patients presenting to the BMT team for consideration and evaluation as a possible candidate for Bone Marrow Transplant.

Education Requirements

• Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) Required
• Bachelor`s Degree in Nursing (BSN) Preferred
• Master`s Degree in Nursing (MSN) Preferred
