Minimum requirements:
· Holds a minimum of a master’s degree
· Clean background check
· Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and auto insurance
· Maintain an active certification with the BACB (Behavior Analyst Certification Board)
· Competence in supervising and developing ABA treatment programs for clients with ASD

Job responsibilities:
· Administer assessments
· Write and modify program
· Analyze graphs and review with parents, teachers, and other parties involved in treatment
· Meet with and train parents/ guardians, teachers, and other stakeholders on evidence-based behavioral analytic programs
· Supervise RBTs and BCaBAs
· Maintain active BCBA certification by completing required CEs
· Abide by the Ethics Code for Behavior Analysts
· Reports to the Clinical Director
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
