The Company:

Education Enrichment Services is offering a contractor position that is ideal for the BCBA who is looking for a part time/on call position supervising RBTs and BTs, as needed.

• Our clients love our quality and results, and EES is known for taking care of our clients and staff alike.
• We form lasting and impactful relationships with students and families due to long-term assignments.
• We also have convenient office locations and professional, full-service facilities with the option of remote work when appropriate.

Responsibilities:

• Develop behavior-analytic plans.
• Supervise RBTs and BTs in the implementation of each plan.
• Report on progress of each plan.
• Be available for coaching and collaboration as needed.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience as a BCBA.
• Well-developed communication skills and the ability to motivate staff
• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize work and multi-task.
• Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
• Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner.
• Impeccable follow-through.
• Proficient with computer systems and software such as Google suite.
• Self-starter, highly motivated, results and outcome driven.
• Ability to work independently.
