Constellations Behavioral Services is actively looking to add the right Board Certified Behavior Analyst to our stellar Family Services Team. We are committed to investing heavily into professional development and clinical support. This is a full-time position servicing our Early Intensive Learning Center in Danvers MA.

Job Summary

The BCBA is responsible for assessing, developing, managing, and evaluation of progress on treatment plans for clients, while maintaining all documents and authorizations in accordance with insurance regulations and insurance standards, as well as with strict adherence to the Applied Behavioral Analysis dimensions and BACB Code of Ethics at all times. The BCBA is also responsible for building relationships with clients and their families throughout their interactions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Assess, develop, manage and evaluate progress on treatment plans for clients.

· Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians assigned to their caseload and

ensure program fidelity.

· Maintain all documentation and authorizations in accordance with insurance

regulations and insurance standards.

· Supports training initiates developed by training and quality assurance

initiatives.

· Maximize authorized services with available resources, which may include use

of telehealth services.

Minimum Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

Master's degree (M.A.) or equivalent.

Language Skills

Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals. Ability to communicate effectively to common inquiries or complaints from clients.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems. Ability to deal with nonverbal symbolism in its most difficult phases.
