This position requires:

· Excellent communication, attention to detail and organizational skills

· High customer-service orientation

· Excellent sales skills with at least 1 year of customer service experience

· Clean, valid driver’s license

What you will do:

-Process repair orders, quotes and invoices; document customer concerns, ensure notes are ready for technicians to review, estimate costs and time for work to be carried out and obtain client approval for all work to be performed

-Provide customer support and status updates via phone, text, email and fact-to-face interactions

-Coordinate with fellow team members regarding service work to adhere to commitments made to customers

-Promote the BMW range of parts, accessories and services

-Continuously train on BMW products and service offerings to provide the best possible customer experience

We have plenty of service traffic, and our service business continues to grow.
