Job Summary:
In support of Lead Coordinator, provide construction planning and costs and establish layout and fabrication drawings. Under guidance of Lead Coordinator, ensures compliance with standards, codes, specifications, and SOPs. Knowledge of BIM related platforms such as Revit, Susque, Navis, Victaulic Tools, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Go to meeting Software.

Minimum Qualifications:
o Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
o Ability to demonstrates high level of MEP system knowledge, construction techniques and special awareness.

o Knowledgeable of AutoCAD Design software.

o Ability to read and interpret documents.

o Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

o Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

o Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardizations exits.

o Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

o Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability a statistical inference, and fundamental of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.

o Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None

Essential Functions: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

o Spooling, Labeling, Dimensioning, Documentation, Printing Spool Books, Printing Drawings, Compliance with Standards, Compliance with Naming Conventions, Placing Hangers, Running reports on Hangers, Running Reports on Materials, and Placing of Trimble points.

o Attend meetings with PM/FS/LC.

o Provide assistance in creating, updating and maintaining libraries of equipment, fittings for BIM system.

o Properly files all drawings, BOMs, and cut sheets.

o Provide detailed shop drawings as required of duct and piping for complete project, with in time frames provided by project manager or department manager.

o Provide piping and hanger assembly drawings for Pipe Fab Shop, Sheet Metal Shop and/or Prefabrication Shops.

o Learn all necessary information regarding mechanical and plumbing installations that will apply to MEP systems.

o Utilizes knowledge of various machines, engineering practices, mathematics, building materials, and other physical sciences to complete drawings.

o Makes any adjustments or changes necessary or desired.

o Draws finished designs from sketches.

o Uses computer assisted drafting and design (CADD) equipment and software ? Revit, Navis, Sysque, Vic Tools, Excel, Go to Meeting Software, and email.
