Job Summary and Opportunity:

Responsibilities:
  • Assemble activity reports for firm’s customers for weekly and monthly payments
  • Collate data for activity drivers for customers and calculate amounts due to client and due from client
  • Update customer invoice according to calculated items and amounts with attention paid to special deals and one-off exception pricing
  • Finalize monthly invoice with total due to or from customer
  • Initiate payments to customer as required
  • Finalize monthly process by providing invoice and supporting detail to customers
  • Field questions from customers and follow through with research and resolution
  • Maintenance of written procedural documentation for all critical process in areas of responsibility
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years' general business
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Independent decision-making
  • Excellent oral and written communication and human relations skills
  • Ability to quickly learn department policies and procedures
  • Ability to work independently

  • Securities industry

A targeted annual base salary of USD $ 40,000/Yr. - USD $ 55,000/Yr., based on the experience, skills, and education/certification required for this position. Eligibility for a discretionary semi-annual incentive compensation plan, based upon performance, payable in cash and/or share grants (RSU’s) that may vest over time. The annual discretionary target bonus percentage is up to 10%.
