$45,000 yearly

• Entering new projects into the system database
• Obtaining Certificates of Insurance (COIs) from our insurance carriers
• Assisting the accounting department with releases of liens
• Function in accordance with established standards and procedures
• Collaborate with customers, drivers, dispatch, and sales reps to maintain accurate billing
• Communicate with customers to answer billing and insurance questions
• Answer phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a timely manner
• Support other team members as needed
• Perform other projects as assigned

• Minimum two years of billing experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Familiar with QuickBooks
• Must be highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure
• Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively to maximize performance
