Salary: $60,000 - $65,000

Job Summary
Working as the Billing & Admin Specialist, you are responsible for data entry, billing and payments, inputting invoices, and record keeping.
This position is fulltime, M-F and requires flexibility scheduling between the hours of 7am-7pm.
The ideal candidate must have excellent accounting skills as well as deep organizational skills to accurately generate invoices, keep track all of the incoming payments & outgoing invoices, database updates, and more that make up their day-to-day responsibilities. On top of this meticulous attention to detail, the billing specialist must also possess excellent communication skills to answer questions for clients, solve their issues, and keep them updated with relevant account information.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred, or equivalent professional experience
Accounting experience in foodservice or retail industry required, foodservice operations experience a plus
Ability to prepare monthly financial statements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Skilled at managing multiple priorities and relationships
Computer skills: proficient in Microsoft Office and billing systems
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Conformity to the highest standards of personal integrity and ethical behavior
