Located in our Client Care Services Center in Piscataway, NJ, Louis Vuitton is seeking a Jr. Human Resources Generalist to join our second shift! This role will require fluency in Spanish and is an on-site position supporting the hours of 3 - 11:30pm Monday - Friday. While reporting into the Sr. Human Resources Manager, the Jr HR Generalist will support core HR functions included, but not limited to compensation and benefits, employee relations, health and safety and ensure compliance with federal/state laws and regulations.

This Jr. HR Generalist is responsible for enhancing the employee experience by communicating proactively. Working collaboratively with the on-site leadership team, this role drives new initiatives and sustains ongoing actions related to human resources while providing customer service to organization employees.

We are eager to speak to individuals with a degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience. A Human Resource certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) would be a plus. With a

proven track record in maintaining a culture that prioritizes safety and quality through communication, action, and accountability, you will continuously innovate and drive the employee experience and strategy for the Client Care Services Center.

The successful candidate will have excellent problem solving and communication skills in addition to the ability to confidently communicate with on-site leadership. While working closely with a wide range of business partners, the ability to influence people is key to this role, along with a natural skill to motivate and engage people.
