Bilingual Assistant Area Manager Job at Pritchard Industries
Pritchard Industries is expanding and looking for a qualified Bilingual Assistant Area Manager for Northern VA and MD. This is a full-time position.
Ideal candidates should first exemplify or be willing to learn our core values, be a player for the Team, previous leadership experience is beneficial, customer service skills , flexibility, and good communication in English and Spanish.
Manager responsibilities include :
- Managing supervisors, leads, and cleaners in all aspects of the companies' requirements and policies.
- Management of all quality control systems
- Completing regularly scheduled inspections
- Training of new team members
- Managing budgeted hours.
- Coordinating with teams for coverage
- Ensuring all supplies and equipment are stocked, well organized and maintained
Requirements:
- Strong management and customer service skills
- Ability to nurture and grow a team
- High energy individual that is detailed and disciplined
- Ability to plan and organize effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Spanish
- Experience in the commercial cleaning industry is a plus
- Must be able to travel to multiple facilities
Benefits:
