The recruitment team at Myticas Consulting is looking to hire an ERP Business Application Analyst who is a highly collaborative problem-solver that loves to lead cross functional teams to achieve its goals. This Business Systems Analyst will partner with the Executive and IT teams to deliver high-impact solutions to our evolving and growing business. You will lead teams big and small. We need someone to understand the requirements of the business and create/support applications that streamline key processes and provide undeniable value to our customers. The role will consist of report creation to enable better data-driven decision making, as well as 2nd level application support for a wide range of internal applications. You will collaborate with all levels of the organization and ensure our customers, internal and external, receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the company's business model and key growth levers of each business unit or functional area.
• Lead efforts to build and expand reporting to support key business initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues. Create tickets and follow proper steps to resolve.
• Understand and work with internal teams to improve processes and make applications efficient and reliable.
• Lead internal users through the process of documenting business requirements and test cases.
• Track completion of test cases and assists with testing and issue resolution.
• Assist with developing alternative solutions and assess the pros and cons of each solution.
• Communicate solutions with internal teams, showing strong customer service skills and professionalism. Assists with change management.
• Provide leadership for cross functional projects and will have a key role in efforts to transform the in-store customer experience.
• Provide training and support for existing STORIS ERP software and reporting.
• Manages multiple projects.
• Support the IT Help Desk and other departments and/or company projects.

About You / Minimum Requirements

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience as an IT Application Analyst or Business Systems Analyst
• Experience configuring and implementing ERP, CRM, or Customer Service software packages. Experience with STORIS software is preferred
• Demonstrated experience implementing solutions across a wide variety of business processes including sales, logistics, warehousing and customer service
• Basic knowledge of EDI processing, including EDI documents 846, 850, 855, 856, 810 and 315
• Basic knowledge of SQL scripting
• Knowledge of additional scripting languages a plus (shell, perl, xml, PL/SQL, hmtl, SQL*Plus)
• Troubleshooting skills
• Understanding of Incident Management protocols
• Experience designing and testing custom applications, internal and external interfaces, reports and data warehouses
• Demonstrated experience managing projects or leading teams
• Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to gain consensus from team members
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills required
• Experience translating and presenting data using advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience in retail industry is preferred
