What You Will Be Doing
- Responsible for providing personalized guest service by assisting with luggage, transportation, directions, delivering room gifts and mail, guest laundry, valet, etc. Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of hotel vans, front drive, surrounding hotel property, and hotel entryway and lobby.
- Safely transport guests from one location to the next while providing quality customer services. Drivers communicate clearly and effectively with guests (and other employees) and able to escort/direct them within the hotel and in the community and occasionally push and/or pull a luggage cart weighing approximately 75-100 pounds, including up & down inclines.
The Ideal Candidate for this Position
- Friendly, outgoing, individuals who can deliver outstanding guest service skills with a good driving record and enjoys driving. Also, must have a pleasant, well-groomed appearance, and an ability to remain calm in stressful situations. Must have the ability to anticipate guests’ needs, resolve guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction and maintain positive guest relations at all times and the ability to work in extreme temperatures.
Job Requirements
- Must have a decent driving record and a valid driver license with at least (2) years of driving experience.
