Position: Behavior Consultant

**$5,000 Sign on Bonus**

KidsPeace invites you to join our mission-driven team of professionals who provide hope, help, and healing to children, adults and those who love them. The Behavior Consultant serves as the lead clinician on the treatment team directing and implementing therapeutic interventions.

Description of Responsibilities:

• Assess clients’ needs across various settings
• Work collaboratively with other members of the treatment team to develop and direct the implementation of the treatment plan
• Provide behavioral interventions in the home, school, and community
• Ensure all required documentation is completed legibly, professionally, and timely

Must meet one of the following:

Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or Counseling from an accredited college or university AND a minimum of 1 year full time experience providing mental health direct care to children, youth, or young adults.

Be licensed as a Behavior Specialist Have a certification as a BCBA or other graduate level accredited certification in Behavior Analysis

Have a graduate degree in ABA from an accredited college or university

• 21 years of age

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $40.00 per hour
