Behavior Technician/RBT - School Setting in West Contra Costa (Richmond) Job at Ro Health

Ro Health is looking for experienced Behavior Technicians/ RBT to provide support for in-school ABA and general classroom support cases in the West Contra Costa/Richmond area. We are looking for providers who have experience working with children with behavior challenges and providing services for kiddos 3 and older.

This position will begin ASAP and would be 6-7 hours/day, 5 days a week M-F. This position would involve working in close proximity to the teacher and providing behavioral support to students when applicable. We are looking for someone interested in committing to this position long-term. The team is very supportive and looking for someone who can flourish in a multidisciplinary environment and who wants to be a part of a team. Experience working and supporting kids with special needs, and providing a mix of 1:1 and general support is REQUIRED.

Requirements:

Previous ABA experience is required

Strong assessment skills

Strong ability to work in a team environment

Great with kids with developmental disabilities
