Job Responsibilities:
- Provide ABA therapy in-clinic
- Implement treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA
- Collect and record data during each session
- Communicate and collaborate with BCBA to ensure high quality service delivery
- Be fun, engaging, compassionate, curious and humble with parents and learners
- Complete all mandatory training
- Liason with parents and BCBA about programming questions or concerns
Job Requirements:
- Experience with children or disabled people delivering instruction or interventions
- High School Degree or GED
- 18 years of age or older
- Hard working, energetic, eager to learn, committed to clients, and positive
- Reliable transportation
- Complete RBT training and register for exam within first 60 days of employment
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
