Keystone Achievements is a locally owned and family run business in Colorado Springs. Todd McLane, owner and CEO, started the business to provide a more compassionate, trauma informed, and family focused approach to ABA than what he had experienced in the field. Keystone provides high quality training reflected in the BACBs 2022 annual report listing Keystone as the second highest passing rate for RBT certifications of all providers in the country. The focus on clinical excellence includes small BCBA caseloads, initial non-focus on billable hours with expectations set much lower than industry standards, constant attention to current programming, abundant supply of student materials, and a collaborative team approach to help each child in our care. Keystone does not allow for forced compliance, physically manipulating students to follow through with a demand, filling sessions with therapists that have not been trained on student’s programs, or be added to students teams with high magnitude behaviors without going through Safety-Care training certification.

Keystone operates under a Day Treatment license as required by the state of Colorado. Many ABA providers are not working under licensing which means they have no regulator oversight. Keystone will not cut corners to the clinical quality provided to our students for financial gain. It is an honor families choose Keystone as their ABA provider, and we are dedicated to helping each family reach success with their children.

Our behavioral health facility is looking for a Behavior Technician to help support our team in a role that requires compassion, excellent customer service skills, and strong communication. The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for taking on the responsibility of the planning, organization and management of therapists' schedules. This includes noting details about each student such as current behavior, attention levels and appetite, as well as noting any behavior changes from day to day.

Responsibilities:

• Gather information from the patient's medical history, physical exam and diagnostic studies.
• Able to maintain patient confidentiality.
• Consult with outside medical professionals.
• Participate in the development of treatment plans and design of care for patients.
• Determine a plan for treatments for individual patients and participate in all stages of implementing the plan.
• Collaborate effectively with other members of the health care team and other disciplines.
• Develop treatment plans with patients and their families, based on assessment findings.
• Write reports.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
