*EDBSS is hiring for an experienced RBT, preferably male*

The responsibility of the Behavior Technician is to implement treatment plans as directed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), to clients with developmental disabilities. This requires compassion, a firm grasp of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and professionalism. It involves high levels of interaction with the client, the client’s family, and your BCBA Supervisor.

Job Requirements:

Aptitude and readiness to work with children who have developmental disabilities; punctuality; willing and teachable attitude; diligence to follow instructions; strong verbal and written communication skills; after school and evening availability; and proficiency in basic computer skills: i.e. the ability to create and utilize documents in word programs, charts, and graphs. Communicating well with others using multiple formats - computer, specialized software programs, texting, and social networking.

  • *REQUIRED* RBT Training/Certification: 40 hour RBT ABA Online Course
  • *Preferred but not required* Bilingual (Spanish).
  • *REQUIRED* Willing to drive to Adelanto, Helendale and Hesperia
  • TB Screening: can be obtained during the pre-hire screening and application process
  • CPR Certification: can be obtained during the pre-hire screening and application process
  • Valid Driver's License: reliable vehicle, clean driving record, and auto insurance
  • Paid training
  • Background Checks required
  • Currently hiring for the following job locations: Adelanto, Hesperia, and Helendale
  • Immediate need for an experienced male BT/RBT

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
