Batches product using computer or manual controls using proper mix and making necessary raw material adjustments. Expected starting payrate $23.50 - $28.10 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Assist plant manager with all tasks as needed, follow the instructions and perform duties as assigned;
- Ability to follow instructions, and maintain good housekeeping around the plant site;
- A CLEAN work site is a SAFE work site. At Holcim US, SAFETY truly comes first.
- Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work environments and areas;
- Using computer or manual controls, efficiently batches product with proper mix, and making necessary raw material adjustments. Understand the proper use of each mix design;
- Completes customer orders, schedule deliveries, paperwork, and small plant maintenance. May run front end loader or other material handling equipment to charge plant with aggregate, sand, or other materials;
- Ability to work Monday through Friday including Saturdays as the business requires;
- Other duties as assigned.
- Required Education:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent;
- Ability to read, write, and speak the English language;
- Bi-lingual communications skills are a plus.

- Required Experience:
- One – to three (1-3) years in a dispatch environment or customer service related experience;
- Direct knowledge and experience with dispatch systems, personal computers, telephones and telephone headsets;
- Excellent oral (telephone) communication skills;
- Ability to professionally interact with internal and external customers. Detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time. Able to prioritize work. Strong organization skills.
