Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Store Manager to lead our Baskin-Robbins team. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our store, while maintaining high standards of customer service and cleanliness.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train staff members, and ensure that all employees are following company policies and procedures
• Schedule employee shifts and ensure that there is always adequate coverage during business hours
• Handle cash transactions and manage the store's financial records
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies when necessary
• Ensure that the store is clean and well-maintained at all times
• Interact with customers and resolve any issues or complaints that may arise
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
• Meet sales targets and manage expenses to ensure profitability

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of basic accounting and inventory management principles
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to cover shifts with short notice
