We are looking for a creative and highly-skilled Bartender to join an exciting team and create new, innovative cocktails. Candidates must have a proven track record of success, a strong dedication to customer service, be able to handle a high level of volume, and be able to work well with others in a fast-paced environment. Pay is $15.00 per hour plus tips!
Responsibilities:
- Mix alcoholic drinks to customer's specifications.
- Create drinks without recipes.
- Clean barware, glassware, and bar area.
- Follow bar policies and procedures.
- Be friendly and welcoming to customers.
- Know proper procedures for handling customer complaints.
- Recognize intoxicated customers and know how to deal with them.
- Serve alcoholic drinks in accordance with local laws.
- Handle an emergency situation (i.e., spills, injuries, arguments, intoxication).
