Charley's Restaurant inside the Courtyard by Marriott in Tukwila is looking for a part time bartender.

The ideal candidate will also have serving experience. Our bar is open daily from 5pm-10pm. We are a business hotel, so in the winter we are typically busier on weekdays, but in the spring/summer there are not many slow times.

Knowledge of local spirits, beer and wine would also be a plus.

We are looking for a punctual individual with a great attitude, and infectious personality. This can be a shift where you may be by yourself some nights with minimal help, so someone who works well alone would be a good fit. We are looking to fill about 3 days per week, but could become a full 5 days a week for the right person.

Full Time Associates (30+ hours), qualify for benefits (Medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO)

Job Duties:

• Anticipates and responds to guests in a friendly, positive and timely manner.
• Makes cocktails for guests.
• Provides the highest quality service and establishes appropriate rapport with all guests.
• Adheres to all health regulations and local liquor laws.
• Follows all CSM cash handling/POS procedures.
• Completes all required side work including but not limited to: cleaning restaurant, coffee stations, trays and coolers; vacuuming, trash removal, and stocking of supplies.
• Follows CSM procedures when handling cash and processing financial transactions.
• Responsible for proper use of all equipment and adheres to cost controls to reduce expenses and waste.
• Dispenses/delivers food and beverages and maintains a clean and safe work area in accordance with CSM, local, state, and federal regulations.
• Adheres to CSM attendance policy, grooming/appearance standards, general work rules and department procedures.
