POSITION OVERVIEW
All American Indoor Sports is looking for experienced bartenders that are willing to take on one or two shifts every weekend.

All American Indoor Sports is Kansas City’s premier indoor soccer company with two facilities located in Lenexa & Overland Park, Kansas. All American was founded in April 1985 and has been offering the most competitive, fun, indoor soccer leagues for all levels, ages, and genders. AAIS offers adult leagues year-round, six days a week and youth leagues during the winter and summer. AAIS also offers KC’s premier child development program, Lil’ Kickers with year-round programs for ages 18 mos. thru 9 years old, six days a week.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
-Provide guests and team members with professional, efficient, courteous and genuine hospitality
-Enthusiastically greets all guests, warmly engages and promptly completes the guest’s order.
-Anticipates guest’s needs and offers services prior to the guest asking.
-Keeps accurate logs of inventory and consumption.
-Keeps the work area clean, stocked and organized.
-Sets up, re-stocks, cleans and breaks down the bar area.
-Adheres to property specific best practices and company standards for guest interaction, personal grooming, sanitation, food handling and guest safety.
-Complies with all applicable state laws, regulations and property specific procedures regarding the serving and consumption of alcohol.
-Attends all mandatory meetings and timely completes all required training.
-Work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within the facility.
-Record all sales utilizing the point of sale system; obtain payment immediately.
-Must have knowledge of food and beverage menu, specials and services offered.
-Set up and maintain a clean, neat and safe work area.
-Fulfill the assigned opening and closing duties.
-Arrive at the designated area at scheduled time.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-All applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
-Minimum of one (1) year of bartending experience.
-Strong ability to work independently and in a team setting.
-Ability to adapt to guests needs and quick special needs.
-Must be authorized to work in the U.S.A.
