About the Job

All employees are expected to be able to produce exceptional quality coffee, espresso drinks, mocktails and food. The job requires focus, expertise, practice, resilience, and confidence. It requires a degree of physical aptitude. We are preparing incredible quality food and drinks, in a very fast and sometimes hectic environment. We work hard to introduce and/or improve skills, but ultimately, the best baristas will be self-driven.

Food handler certification required, if you do not have this, it must be obtained in the first 30 days of hire. We will cover the cost to obtain proper certification. All food items and prep are built to be quick and easy with the best quality. All staff will be required to perform work in the preparation and service of food items.

The evening sober bar will require the same standards and qualities as any other position held. Cross training will be a positive approach in building a strong team.

At all times we are customer focused. “Quality and Service” are what drive us to provide an amazing guest experience. We engage every customer we meet by asking them how they are doing. It is a moment of small talk before the order that makes so much difference. We make it our goal to understand them and satisfy the human longing for connection and great experiences. We provide the experience expected while dining 5-star, but in a shorter time frame. The quality of the food and beverages are only as good as the customers experience of it. We strive to stand out from the local competition by focusing on quality and service in all aspects.

  • Candidates with barista, bartender and food experience are encouraged to apply. Industry professionals are encouraged to apply. Our wages are competitive.

  • We are all responsible for problems and challenges. We work together to figure things out, we notify each other when we discover small and big problems. We notify each other of mistakes, we take ownership and feedback. We are accountable. Importantly, up and down the company, we take criticism, we don't throw it back in people’s faces, we process it, we take what we should from it, we get a good night sleep, and we just keep improving.
