Barista Job at P2 Coffee House
We are looking for a Full or Part time Barista 18yr + to join our team here at P2 Coffee House. Located right next to the Paddle Pub, P2 Coffee House opened in 2019 and is looking for hard-working, reliable, and upbeat people to join our growing crew. Currently we are looking to hire someone with weekday and weekend availability. AM and PM shifts available. Barista responsibilities include educating customers on our drink menu, making recommendations based on their preferences, up-selling special items, taking orders, handling cash and using a POS system. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent customer service skills, be reliable, hardworking, trustworthy and knowledge of coffee itself, how to pull consistent shots, and how equipment operates.
Our building is both a café and a drive-through as well as online orders. so ideal candidates will be able to multitask while keeping up conversations and a positive attitude.
Experience or not, willing to train the right candidate. We are willing to work around High School and/or College schedules for the right fit! Must be 18+ yrs old.
