Gregorys Coffee Barista

Our baristas are the heart and soul of Gregorys, therefore, we are looking for highly motivated and energetic individuals who share our passion for specialty coffee and customer service.

You will:

  • Create a warm and inclusive environment for your team and your customers

  • Prepare specialty coffee and espresso beverages, including latte art (we’ll teach you!)

  • Bake delicious scones, muffins, cookies, and pastries fresh daily

  • Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards by completing delegated tasks

  • Have an open mind to learning new things and embracing change

  • Open to learning new things

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • Employees are required to complete any and all training material provided to ensure full understanding of our menu and deliver excellent customer service.

  • Employees are regularly required to stand and walk for extended periods of time as well as reaching, kneeling, and climbing (stairs to storage areas).

  • Employees are also required to regularly lift and/or move up to 30 lbs (Coffee bags, milk crates, paper goods, etc.)
