Job description
**Can be a Seasonal, Part-time, or Full-time position**
The Osthoff Resort, a Four Diamond AAA rated resort, located in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin, is currently seeking a Banquet Prep. Cook.
Our Banquet Prep. Cooks are responsible for setting up cooking lines, stocking and organizing workstations, preparing food items based on recipes, portion controls, and standard presentations; restocking food items as needed throughout the shifts, and maintaining a smooth flow of service for banquets.
A culinary degree and ServSafe certification are preferred, but not required. Strong communication and organizational skills are also strongly desired. Positive attitude is a must.
Ability to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 50lbs. Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment. Successful candidates should have some experience setting up cooking lines, stocking, and organizing workstations. Willing to teach the right candidate.
All other duties as assigned.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
