Summary/Objective

As a Business to Business (B2B) Coordinator, you will be managing the transaction and customer interactions responsible for dynamic job assignment, project tracking, and job rescheduling functions using our proprietary software to assist in managing the scheduling system. Drive efficient and effective assignment of all work order based tasks rendered to the Project fulfillment teams on day of service. Also, responsible for relaying and recording information to field personnel via telephone, messaging or other form of communications. Track and monitor type and frequency of issues that may require individual or department training.


Essential Functions

  • Establish a positive, healthy and safe work environment in accordance with Company’s Core Values
  • Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
  • Monitor real-time performance and job completion of assigned field reps, and backfill cancelled jobs when possible to ensure productive time is maximized throughout the day.
  • Assist in driving field productivity, time management and real-time job routing through utilization of workforce management software.
  • Continuously monitor to optimize day of assignment of positive work to field reps to drive maximum internal efficiency and improve capitalized labor position; may look ahead to next day routes to ensure next day scheduling efficiency and field rep productivity.
  • Ensure that all field reps achieve, on average, budgeted points of completed work per hour or a minimum of budgeted points of completed work each day. Lunch breaks and any other allowed breaks must be communicated by field reps to the scheduling coordinator and expectations must be escalated to the appropriate supervisor.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in related field and/or equivalent experience
  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively with a keen sense to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment to make decisions and solve problems
  • Ability to multi-task using multiple software programs simultaneously
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks
  • Efficient in Microsoft Office software applications (MS Word, Excel, etc)
  • Ability to utilize dispatching equipment such as telephone, pagers, mobile radio
  • Ability to read layouts from blue prints
  • Knowledge of basic mathematics
  • Bi-Lingual is a plus, not required

Supervisory Responsibility

Work Environment

The job operates in the headquarters office and routinely uses standard office equipment including computers and company phones. The noise level in the work environment can be loud at times.


Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

The position generally requires 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday, 8-5 with rotational weekends and Holiday coverage.


Travel

Travel not generally required.
