We host private corporate events for the who's who of the fortune 1000. Google, Apple, Oracle, Boeing, Zoom, and Wipro are just a few. These events are designed to allow our sponsor's much-needed face time with these large corporations to sell their solutions and services.

This is an excellent opportunity for qualified applicants to earn a guaranteed base salary plus commissions. Your first-year OTE is north of $70,000 working from our office in Tinley Park, with work-from-home hours encouraged after training. You will also have all expenses paid for travel to attend our events at the Ritz Carlton in Miami once per quarter throughout the year. Keynote speakers like Captain Richard Phillips, played by Hollywood actor Tom Hanks or the first female Thunderbird pilot Col. Nicole Malachowski help us to attract the most significant and brightest minds in the industries we serve.

Currently, we’re looking for results-driven Conference Sales Development Reps to seek out and engage customer prospects by phone and using email, video calls, and LinkedIn to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability. Proven experience selling B2B over the phone will take priority in our hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Present, promote, and sell one of our topic-driven events using solid arguments to prospective customers.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Source qualified leads using our tools and then reach out to those qualified "customer" leads through cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn marketing.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback

THE MUST-HAVES

  • Proven work experience as a sales representative selling business to business
  • Excellent writing skills to be used for social selling
  • Excellent knowledge of G Suite tools from Google
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Pay: $67,771.75 - $79,574.59 per year
