Role Summary/Purpose:

The AVP, Finance Analytics Health & Wellness and Product Analyst role is a newly created position to provide analytical support to the growth within our Health & Wellness platform as well as provide analysis and reporting for new products being developed in the Products organization. This role will support data integration for Allegro, supply analytics for Health and Wellness regulatory inquires, and be partners on data structure and availability with our Products team. You will utilize tools such as SAS, Hyperion, and Tableau to create analytics to support H&W growth and profitable product development. In this role, you will gain reporting and project management experience as well as develop deep subject matter expertise in mining and reconciling multiple data sources across the organization.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Provide analysis and support for the Health and Wellness platform and their growth initiatives.

  • Create infrastructure and manage Allegro data integration into our Enterprise SetPay product

  • Partner with our Products organization to provide a Finance analytical voice to product development

  • Dive deep into unique sources of data across the business and perform reconciliations from source to source

  • Partner with cross functional analytic teams to align reporting and analytics on new products

  • Provide analytical support for regulatory inquiries that need data processing or data mining execution.

  • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 2 years of finance experience OR 2) In lieu of degree, High School Diploma/GED and 6 years of computer program and finance experience

  • Advanced experience (4+ years) programming with statistical and database software (i.e. SAS)

  • Advance use of Microsoft Office (eg. Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and/or Tableau to display analytics

  • Refined oral and written communication skills and ability to work cross functionally

Desired Characteristics:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Math, Finance, Computer Programming, Accounting

  • Financial services industry experience

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Data management expertise and manipulating extremely large databases quickly

  • Ability to lead projects, assume ownership of assignments, and work independently

Grade/Level: 11


The salary range for this position is 90,000.00 - 155,000.00 USD Annual

Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA and Metro NY and some positions are bonus eligible.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • You must be 18 years or older

  • You must have a high school diploma or equivalent

  • You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process

  • You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.

  • New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 24 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).
