SCHEDULE, PAY, & BENEFITS

This auto shop position is full-time and typically works 8 AM - 6 PM, Monday - Friday.

This automotive position earns a competitive salary of $125,000 - $150,000 per year.

WHAT DOES AN AUTO REPAIR FOREMAN - AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN DO?

You're the foundation of our whole operation. You lead and guide a team of 15-20 auto repair techs, making sure they're on track as they work on cars. If they ever have questions, you're the go-to person with all the answers. You also figure out how long repairs will take and then explain everything to our customers in a way that's easy to understand. After the job is done, you're all about making sure our clients are satisfied with the results. You're super detail-oriented, making sure everyone's time cards and labor tracking is accurate. You really enjoy working with people and take pride in knowing you're a crucial part of our operations!

REQUIREMENTS FOR AN AUTO REPAIR FOREMAN - AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN

Can you lead a crew? Are you highly organized? Do you pay close attention to detail? Can you effectively manage a variety of tasks without letting one fall behind? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? If yes, you might just be perfect for this auto repair position! We also require:

• 10+ years of experience as an automotive technician
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) master level certification
• Experience servicing various automotive makes and models
