MUST HAVE:

• AAS Degree in AUTOMOTIVE / DIESEL MECHANICS (or related field) OR equivalent experience
• Understanding/knowledge of DRIVELINE components and systems (MUST BE ON RESUME)
• Strong, hands-on MECHANICAL experience (auto, heavy truck, off-road equipment, military vehicle mechanics)
• 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Basic computer skills
• Good communicator

DESCRIPTION:

• Will be responsible for supporting driveline test activity in support of current product and new product development.
• Responsibilities would include assembly and disassembly of production and prototype drivelines per engineering specification used for testing.
• Set-up and teardown of driveline test rigs, including mechanical set-up and installation of measuring equipment.
• Support data collection and measurements on test units as required by responsible test engineers.
• Technicians will take daily direction from Test Manager and/or Test Engineers responsible for tests they are involved.
