An excellent Technician must have the required skills to work on complex cars. They are well-versed in the mechanical or electronical systems of vehicles and have excellent problem-solving abilities.

What we want from you is the ability to:

o Perform maintenance or repair work specified on a repair order

o Perform quality multipoint inspections to identify needed repairs

o Provide time and labor estimates for needed repairs

o General repair on most makes and models, brake pads and shoes, tires, alignments, steering and suspension, cooling systems, a/c, wheel bearings, and drive train

o Test and inspect vehicles after performed repairs

o Communicate directly with service advisors if any additional services are needed

o Maintain a clean and organized working environment

o Adhere to all company policy and procedures

o Must be able to use a computer to find and utilize technical data and service bulletins for various repairs

What we need from you:

o One year minimum of luxury automotive technician experience

o Proven experience as a Maserati or Alfa Romeo experience Highly Preferred

o Excellent knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic components of vehicles both foreign imports and domestic luxury brands.

o Working knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods

o Willingness to observe all safety precautions for protections against accidents, dangerous fluids, chemicals etc.

o Excellent physical condition

o High school diploma is preferred

o Certification from a vocational school or completion of apprenticeship is preferred

o Valid certification (e.g ASE) is a definite plus

o Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
