WEEKENDS OFF
Large 18 Bay Independent Automotive Shop is looking to hire a Service Writer to join our team. You must be self motivated and a multi tasker. You will need to be able to effectively communicate with customers on repairs recommended and completed. Have excellent customer service skills and able to handle a fast paced shop. Knowledge of computer applications, Tekmetric and industry specific software is beneficial.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Answer phones
- Greet and Interact with Customers and Mechanics
- Generate work orders in Tekmetric
- Order parts needed for repair
- Schedule appointments
- Take payments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year
