We are looking for a motivated, skilled service advisor to join our team! In a rapidly growing location you will have a great opportunity to grow yourself and your pay by having no caps on commissions, and being able to work in a fast paced and professional environment. We are not open on weekends so you can enjoy time at home or to yourself to recharge and stay sharp! Your attitude and personality can shine being the face of the company, and enjoy working with an amazing customer base as well as a great team of skilled technicians.
As a service writer your job will include:
- Answering phones and setting appointments
- Explaining in simple terms vehicle issues to customers
- Selling needed work and maintenance on vehicles
- Writing estimates and looking up needed parts for jobs
- Maintaining a great attitude
- Managing workflow on your jobs with technicians and customers
- Communicating effectively with both technicians and customers
