We are looking for automotive service management people who are results driven and will be responsible for the management of a company owned auto service location. They will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, manage professional employees effectively and meet sales and profitability goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop business to expand store traffic and optimize profitability
• Meet sales goals by supporting and motivating staff
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction by maintaining company's excellent service standards.
• Maintain outstanding store cleanliness and appearance.
• Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths for store employees.
• Resolve all concerns and issues that arise from staff and customers.
• Automotive service manager duties.

Skills

• Proven experience as a successful automotive service retail manager.
• Strong leadership, problem solving and business organization skills required.
• Knowledge of automotive service business management practices required for full P&L responsibility.
• Good customer communications and employee management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
