Hall Toyota in Elizabeth City is part of the fast-growing MileOne organization, and in the last 2 years Hall has acquired 2 new dealerships, expanded our Honda Virginia Beach dealership twice, and opened a second reconditioning center. We need to add Experienced Service Advisors to our team now to help keep up with the growth.

We are looking for an experienced service advisor who is adept at working on a fast-paced, high-volume team. We currently have openings at two of our busiest dealerships in Virginia Beach as well as in Western Branch region of Chesapeake and in Newport News.

Our automotive Service Advisor/ Service Writer greets customers and consults with them on their vehicle service needs.

Automotive Service Advisor Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to include vehicle service care and manufacturer’s warranty specifications
• Schedule and manage service appointments and service estimates
• Address and resolve customer complaints

Automotive Service Advisor Qualifications:

• Prior experience in automotive service writing required
• Working knowledge of basic car functions, characteristics, and operations
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
• Valid driver's license with 2 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years
• Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency, and general mathematic skills
