We are looking for someone trainable, motivated, and ambitious. No experience is necessary and many of the sales people we have trained "from the ground up" have been promoted. We promote from within the company and recently promoted several of our salespeople to management positions in the company. You must have the ability to self start, follow a process, follow direction, and have excellent communication skills. Experience in the auto business, specifically internet sales, is a bonus. On the job training including one on one coaching, certification courses, and experienced involved Management Staff whom are invested in each staff members success. Short, mid, and long term goal setting with constant feedback from Management on ways to accomplish each individuals goals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,500.00 - $13,500.00 per month
