PEARSON TOYOTA is seeking an energetic individual for the full-time Receptionist position. As the Receptionist, you will have the opportunity to impact our overall customer experience each day as our dealership's first impressions representative. Responsibilities
- Answer dealership group phones
- Greet and receive prospects and customers
- Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Other duties assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or higher
- A professional appearance
- A clean driving record & valid driver’s license
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
- Must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks and drug testing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
