Experienced Automotive Parts Specialist

Concordville Subaru is looking for a rockstar Parts Professional who is a master multi-tasker with phenomenal guest relations skills! Previous experience working in a parts department is a must! The Parts Counterperson is responsible for selling parts to all retail guests over the counter, providing service technicians with parts, and shipping, receiving, and supplies of the Parts department.

Responsibilities(include but are not limited to):

• Meet and assist the customer in a courteous and professional manner providing them with the information they need.
• Ensure that incoming inventory is stocked in the correct location.
• Maintain the parts department in a clean and organized manner.
• Accurately price parts and accessories using the proper pricing source and keep the computer system up to date..
• Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.

Qualifications

Requirements (include but are not limited to):

• Two or more year’s related experience in an automotive parts department preferred.
• One or more years of Dealership Parts Dept. experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
• Valid driver license and a good driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
