Estimated compensation $35,000 to $45,000 yearly including bonuses

Anyone with great customer service skills and passion that aspires to develop into a knowledgeable Service Advisor or Sales Professional should definitely apply.

Suitable applicants must be able to adapt quickly, work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude, and be able to accomplish tasks successfully with little or no supervision.

Drive and enthusiasm to succeed accompanied with an outgoing and upbeat personality is favorable. Qualified candidates will exhibit excellence in communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with an innate ability to correspond professionally over the phone. Automotive Service knowledge is a must. Toyota knowledge a plus, but is not required.

No cold calling

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls for the Service department
  • Schedule Service appointments
  • Make outbound sales calls for the Service department
  • Make follow-up calls for the Service department
  • Assist with customer concerns
  • Develop business by identifying growth opportunities and managing campaigns
  • Data Mining, research, and database organization


Qualifications

  • Must work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Must be able to accomplish tasks successfully with little or no supervision
  • Proven telephone customer service experience (minimum 1-3 years)
  • Demonstrate excellent phone and verbal communication skills
  • Past experience with heavy inbound and outbound calls a plus
  • Highly professional in approach and appearance
  • Demonstrated dedication to customer service
  • Ability to instantly build rapport with clients
  • Highly organized, self-disciplined, and a quick learner
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule with some weekends
  • Bilingual a plus, but not required
