CAR-RAC has grown into one of the leading digital online sellers in the U.S. and is looking for outside Account Executives who understand automotive sales and has a passion for buying and selling vehicles.

Do you have experience in the automotive space working as a New or Used Car Sales Manager? Are you tired of being on the retail side? Are you a “Hunter” and ready for the next challenge? We are looking for YOU to join our team and start building partnerships with dealerships in your region and promote the benefits of our online digital exchange.

What will you do:

  • Identify potential partners, develop a plan to build, grow and maintain business within your assigned region.
  • Become a trusted advisor by presenting relevant and up to date information regarding performance, market trends and strategies for success.
  • Interact with your book of business in person, via phone and regular check-ins to identify needs and opportunities for growth,
  • Utilize CRM daily for reporting and tracking purposes.
  • Achieve or exceed established sales goals.
  • Ensure partner satisfaction by addressing problems, needs or concerns in a timely and accurate fashion thereby building trust and collaboration.
  • Present and negotiate to partners offers and leads to help buy and sell desired inventory.

What you should have:

  • Executive presence and excellent communication skills
  • A constant drive to achieve goals and succeed.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Microsoft word and excel experience and understanding.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of automotive sales experience and / or outside sale experience.
  • Established contacts in the automotive industry within an assigned region
  • Experience with automotive retail and wholesale buying and selling

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
