Guaranteed monthly salary of $3,000 starting for the first three months!

As a Volkswagen of Duluth Automotive Sales Consultant, you will work closely with the Sales Managers to ensure our customers have a high-quality vehicle purchasing experience from the moment they come to us until the moment they drive away.

This position is customer-focused and team-based. Establishing and maintaining working relationships with our customers is essential. Developing working relationships with co-workers is also an essential part of ensuring our collective success.

Some key responsibilities of our Sales Consultants:

• Approach and assist new customers
• Prospect for new customers and update "CRM" syste
• Determine the needs of the customer by listening and asking questions
• Perform walk-around with the customer and demonstrate features of suitable automobile
• Effectively close automotive sales
• Ensure the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork
• Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat business and referrals
• Follow-up with the customer's questions or concerns after the vehicle purchase process
• Understand and adhere to the Volkswagen of Duluth's Auto Privacy and Information Security Policies
• Complete all training and attend all sales meetings
• Maintain monthly sales goal requirements
• Be accountable to departmental performance standards

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid driver license and be able to pass an MVR check
• A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
• Dependable with a positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional personal appearance
• Ability to work Saturdays, late shifts and over 40 hours per week
• Ability to perform under pressure
