Auto Dealer Loan Processor Job at Willowbrook Auto
Berwyn Kia is looking for a qualified individual to aid the Sales Department in processing auto loan and title documentation. Previous Auto and or Banking experience is a plus however we will train the right individual.
Duties include but are not limited to;
Pulling customer credit
Red Flag / OFAC Verification
Compliance updating as needed
Submitting applications to lenders based on credit worthiness of client
Maximizing reserve opportunities
Loading deals into DMS and printing necessary documents
Completing deals in timely manner
Checking deal signatures to ensure none are missing
Fund deals in a timely manner to achieve cash flow objectives
Receipt cash and assist in collection of any past due receivables
Processing Vehicle Purchases
Processing After-Sale Transactions
Credit Card Reconciliation
