Audit Senior Manager

As an Audit Senior Manager, you will:

• Lead and review non-public audits/reviews
• Research, consult and conclude on complex transactions, including, but not limited to business combinations, equity structures, compensation agreements
• Prepare and review financial statements and related reports
• Oversee research projects
• Supervise, train and mentor experienced professionals
• Manage all aspects of client service from an audit perspective and foster client relationships
• Manage multiple complex engagements simultaneously
• Assist in department initiatives including implementation of new audit/accounting standards

Qualifications:

• Reside in the greater Minneapolis/St. Paul area
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• Active CPA license
• 7+ years of public accounting experience
• Manufacturing / Distribution / Construction industry experienced preferred
• Advanced technical knowledge of audit/accounting standards and the ability to apply these services to various client situations
• Ability to travel to client sites (up to 20% during peak times)
