Position: Audiologist

• Fee for Service Audiologist
• Provide diagnostic, treatment, and rehabilitative audiological services to patients of all ages
• Various cases throughout Nassau and/or Suffolk County

Responsibilities:

• 
  Administer and write up Audiological evaluations.
• Develop appropriate functional goals for the IFSP/IEP.
• Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators, specifically related to case management.
• Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.
• Maintain all children/students’ confidentiality.
• Create and maintain schedule with assigned individual families/school personnel.
• Collects data on each IFSP/IEP goal and reports on progress quarterly
• Administer and write-up Annual Review reports for all preschool and school age children.
• Assess and complete 6-month progress reports for EI children, attend IFSP meetings as necessary.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure consistency and maximize gains for the children on your caseload.
• Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.

And this background:

• Current New York State Audiology License
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A)
• Master’s degree in Audiology
• Minimum of (1) year experience working as an Audiologist
