We are looking for an A/V Engineer who is an expert in their field, has strong people skills, builds relationships and can support our sales efforts to join our team! We are a leader in our industry and deploy the latest technologies to our clients.

Control Room design, build and installation is our sweet spot. The industries we serve historically have been, electric transmission and distribution, transit and emergency call centers.

The A/V Engineer is responsible for system design and consultation for visual display systems and associated equipment including computer-related control systems, audio components and software. Research, develop and/or test audio visual (A/V) hardware and software systems that can be deployed into control room environments. May oversee the manufacturing and installation of A/V display related equipment or components.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Video Engineering or equivalent five (5) years’ experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of display systems, control systems, interconnectivity, and associated formats and technologies.
  • Advanced knowledge of computer and IT technologies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Understanding of HMI and room design considerations as it relates to software and display systems.
  • Ability to speak and write on a high technical level, and communicate this information to customers with widely varying technical backgrounds.
  • Ability to comprehend technical drawings and datasheets.
  • Ability to pass customers/employers background checks (i.e. criminal, motor vehicle records, drug testing.).
  • Ability to multi-task with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and time management skills.
  • The ability to participate in a collaborative environment.
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach with hands or arms.
  • Use of hands to manipulate and lift items weighing 50 lbs or less.
  • Visual, auditory and speaking skills.
  • Valid drives license and acceptable motor vehicle report.
