What will I be doing?
As an Associate Quality Engineer at Hilton, you will be responsible for assuring the quality of Hilton's web, mobile, and/or team member platforms. You will make sure Web and Mobile applications are ADA-compliant and meet industry standards to provide equal access and equal opportunity to people with diverse abilities.

More specifically, you will:

• Create, maintain, execute, and update the product testing strategy including running manual tests and advising on the automation framework
• Test products in all phases of their life cycle
• Understand and execute automation test strategy
• Coordinate manual and automated testing activities
• Collaborate with engineers to achieve expected quality levels in products
• Influence the inclusion of testability during the design and development phases
• Participate in functioning processes and testing of products
• Be responsible for Accessibility (A11Y) testing on cross-functional channels
• Ensure compliance of quality processes and standards including reporting
• Identify bugs and quality issues

To fulfill this role optimally, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

• Four (4)+ years of professional work experience in Technology or a related field
• One (1)+ year(s) experience in testing the application with A11Y tools like AXE and JAWS
• 10% travel may be required

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience
• Three (3)+ years of professional work experience in Technology or a related field
