Our client is a large SEC registered investment Advisor, and they are seeking an Associate Portfolio Manager.

This role will support the firms Portfolio Managers in the coordinated delivery of services to our ultra-high net worth and institutional clients, will support in both investment and administrative processes.

Your role responsibilities include:

• Support the Portfolio Manager in all areas to provide exceptional service to clients and counterparties.
• Prepare investment plans with PM guidance for individual client portfolios
• Work with the PM, Operations team and external counterparties to develop and monitor execution of trades
• Support PM’s client and counterparty communication
• Coordinate internal resources including Client Services, Research and Operations to provide maximum leverage to PM’s time and to make certain that client needs are met.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years work experience in financial services required (private banking, buy-side analyst, client services, investment adviser or related role).
• An undergraduate degree in business, finance, accounting or related degree required.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Superb organizational, project management and interpersonal skills.
• Extreme attention to detail.
• Preferred languages – Spanish and English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
