This is a primarily field based position near South Los Angeles, CA. This is a full-time position, with benefits available. Your efforts will make a difference in the lives of others everyday!

Examples of Essential Duties:

Evaluate patients’ psycho-social needs;

Evaluate patients’ family/social situation to support a treatment plan;

Make recommendations to the healthcare team for appropriate psycho-social support;

Utilize community resources to assist patients’ psycho-social needs;

Document history, care plans and prepare reports as needed.

Education Requirement:

Graduation from an approved Masters Social Work program.

Qualifications:

Current registration as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT)

Current AHA-approved CPR card

Speak, read, and write effectively as appropriate for the needs of the audience while demonstrating the proper use of grammar.
